Configuration

To configure the reader need any driver or company card.

Insert the driver or company card in the reader like in the picture.

The display shows the set of icons responsible for different functions.

Pressing the function key located under the icon invokes functions:

F1 - Menu settings extent and period of downloading data

F2 - Menu settings Date and Time

F3 - Menu settings file saving format and warnings

F4 - Menu settings language

TTo select the data and period to be obtained from the tachograph, press the F1 key.

Select the data to be downloaded when connected to the tachograph:

The choices are: Activities - Events and Errors - Details of speed - Technical data - Card download. Select the option by the arrows to the left and right. The F1 key to select / deselect a set of data to download. Acceptance of the selection shall be by pressing F4 (v) and going to the choice of period.

Select the period from which the data will be downloaded:

The choices are: Number of Days - Period - The last reading - everything. Select the option by the arrows to the left and right. Acceptance of the selection shall be by pressing F4 (v) the choice of going to the end.

• Number of days - choose from how many days in the past will be retrieved data
• Period - choose the period, giving the starting and ending date from which the data will be downloaded
• Last reading - the data will be collected from the date of the last reading
• Everything - the data will be downloaded to the maximum period

NOTE:
Selection period for any data set will set the time for all collected data.

At any time we can see how is set a Tacho2Safe. To do this, insert the card as described above, and when you see the selection screen, press and hold the F1 key. The display will scroll information about the selected time range and read the data:

• ACT –Activities
• EF – Events and Errors
• DS – Details of speed
• TD – Technical data
• CD –Card download

F2 - Menu settings Date and Time

To set the correct time in Tacho2Safe be on the Welcome screen, press the F2 key. Accept the time change F4 (V).

F3 - Menu settings file saving format and warnings

Tacho2Safe offers the ability to save the file in any format. Pre-defined formats can be set by selecting the F3 key.

The choice of the Polish language file sets record:

driver:

for example:

the vehicle:

You can also enable control functions: driver card errors, tachograph errors and audible signal.

F4 - Menu settings language

Tacho2Safe provides support for multiple languages. To select a language, press the F4 key on the main screen and then use the arrow keys to select the language and accept the selection by pressing F4 (V)

Available languages: BA, BG, DE, DK, EN, ES, FI, FR, HU, HR, NL, PL, PT, RO, RS, SE, SK, SL, TR
